Amendment One Posted On 08/18/2021 solicitation Posted On 08/07/2021 the Usda Forest Service Intends To Issue A Request For Quotes (rfq) For The Following: the Work Involves Upgrading The Wastewater Treatment Plant To Increase Efficiency.  Work Includes Modifying Of The Raw Sewage Pipeline At The Treatment Plant To Combine The Two 1 1/4” Return Activated Sludge Lines To A Common Injection Point And Reroute The Raw Sewage Line, Installing Redwood 4x4 Timber To The Four Structural Components On The Existing Secondary Clarifier Mechanism. There Are Four Sections Of Structural Angle And Installing A New Baffled Manhole On The Existing Effluent Pipeline, Including Transfer Pump, Effluent Piping, Electrical Conduit, And Piping To The Effluent Cartridge Filters. this Project Is In The Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, Multnomah Falls, Or.  The Project Is Located Approximately 33 Miles East Of Portland, Or On Highway I-84.
