The Forest Products Research And Development Institute (fprdi) Through The Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act (gaa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirteen Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (php 13,350,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) (inclusive Of Vat) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply, Delivery, Acquisition And Commissioning Of Triple Quadrupole Gas Chromatograph – Mass Spectrometer (gc-ms/ms). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Fprdi Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedure Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Ra No. 9184.
