The warehouse must have scientific storage and preservation, security arrangements, firefighting arrangements, lighting, weighbridges, adequate toilet facilities, fumigation and chemical spraying capabilities, and permanent boundary walls. Loading and unloading of goods must be possible, and a physical inspection will be conducted before contract award. The warehouse must be available from the contract award date. Goods stored will be in bags. The warehouse should be registered with WDRA, or if not, registration must be completed within three months of contract award.
