Transportation experience from a Manufacturer/PSU/Government Department/Public Ltd. Company/Private Limited Company dealing in fertilizers, food grains, cement, sugar, coarse grains, or similar products within the five years before the bid due date. This experience must meet one of the following criteria: * At least 20% of the estimated contract value in a single contract within one financial year. * 40% of the estimated contract value across multiple contracts within one financial year. * 75% of the estimated contract value across single or multiple contracts, regardless of financial year. For partnerships, only the firm's experience counts; individual partners' experience is not considered. If the estimated contract value is below Rupees Seven Crores and Fifty Lakhs, bidders lacking the required experience may participate, provided they offer a 10% performance guarantee from a Scheduled Commercial Bank (excluding cooperative and Gramin banks) if selected.
