The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed similar services over the last three years. The bidder should have experience of providing Man Power Services to various entities for a period of at least 3 years in the last 5 years. The bidder should have executed at least 1 or more than 1, maximum up to 3, projects with a contract value of not less than 1.25 Cr for providing manpower in professional services in 1 financial year in the last 5 years. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least 1 project with a supply of 7 No. of manpower in professional services in each contract of providing manpower services in the last 5 financial years. In some cases, the required prior work experience includes: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The contract value is specified as Rs. 1.25 crores or above, and the number of manpower supplied is 7 or more in each contract.
