Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening Item No. Particulars Quantity Abc 1 Procurement Of Janitorial And Maintenance Services For The Food And Drug Administration (fda) For One (1) Year Lot Php11,901,237.11 2 Procurement Of Janitorial Manpower Services With Cleaning Supplies, Materials And Equipment Of Fda-cebu Testing And Quality Assurance Laboratory (ctqal), Visayas Cluster (vc) For A Period Of One (1) Year Lot Php1,972,793.76 3 Procurement Of Janitorial Services For Fda-davao Testing And Quality Assurance Laboratory (dtqal) Located At Tagum City For 12 Months Lot Php1,468,399.29 Total Php15,342,430.16 2. The Food And Drug Administration Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By To Be Not More Than Fifteen (15) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp) For Item No.1 And Not More Than Thirty (30) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Ntp For Item Nos. 2 And 3. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
