Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Food And Drug Administration (fda) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Not More Than Thirty (30) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Equivalent To At Least Fifty (50%) Of The Abc.prior To The Deadline For The Submission And Receipt Of Bids.
