The Food And Drug Administration (fda), Through The Fda-special Account In The General Fund - – Cy 2023 Continuing Appropriation (sagf-conap) Amounting To Eighteen Million Seven Hundred Ninety-two Thousand Pesos (php18,792,000.00) Only, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement For The Calibration, Preventive Maintenance And Recertification Of Various Laboratory Equipment Of Csl (atqal, Ctqal, Dtqal, And Plsd). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Food And Drug Administration Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of All The Goods Is Required To Be Not More Than Thirty (30) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Purchase Order (po) Except For Item Nos. 6 And 109 Which Is Sixty (60) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Po. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
