The Food And Drug Administration (fda), Through The Fda-special Account In The General Fund (sagf) Cy 2023 Continuing Appropriations(conap) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million One Hundred Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Nine Pesos And 12/100 Centavos (php4,108,959.12) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement For The Dismantling, Supply, Delivery And Installation Of Roofing Materials Including Heat Insulation Of The Fda’s Annex A Building . Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Food And Drug Administration (fda) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Not More Than Thirty (30) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Equivalent To At Least Fifty (50%) Of The Abc.prior To The Deadline For The Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
