Statement Of Services And Specifications For Vehicle With Driver 1.1 Duration Of Vehicle Rent Service Is Between August 2020 – September 2021, With Possible Extension (in Case Of The Project To Be Extended) Based On Performance Assessment. 1.2 The Vehicle To Be Rented Shall Serve In Gakh Region Of Azerbaijan Republic With Regular To Visit To Different Regions, Including Rural Areas, Agricultural, And Natural Sites. 1.3 In Case Of A Technical Problem During The Use Of Vehicle, The Contractor Shall Immediately Provide Fao With A Replacement Vehicle. 1.4 Fao Will Not Bear Any Cost Of Vehicle Repair, Accident Damage, And Regular Servicing, Including Change Of Tyres, Oils, And Fluids. 1.5 Rented Vehicles Will Be Inspected Physically At The Time Of Delivery Or Before One Day Of Delivery And Accepted Based On The Inspection Results And Compliance With The Requirements. 1.6 The Payment Will Be Made Only On Actual Use Of The Vehicles Based On Fully And Exact Filled Logbooks (invoice Shall Not Be Paid Without Logbook). 1.7 “vehicle Day” Would Imply A Run Or Deployment Of A Vehicle For 8 Hours. 1.8 Daily Working Hours For Driver Is 08:30- 17:00 (excluding Saturday And Sunday). Driver Shall Take The Vehicle At The End Of Each Business Day And Is Fully Responsible For Security Of The Car After Working Hours (night Including) As Well. It Means The Vehicle Shall Be At The Premise Of The Driver (where The Driver Is Accommodated) After End Of Working Hours (including Weekend). 1.9 The Driver Shall Obtain The Signature Of The User Of The Vehicle In The Log Book Immediately After Performing The Duty. The Initial Meter Reading Shall Be Taken At The Place Of Start Of Duty And Shall Get Terminated At Any Place Where The Duty Ends. 1.10 Toll Ferry/ Parking And Bridge Charges Will Be Paid On Actual Basis By Fao, Subject To Submission Of Receipts For The Same With The Invoice. 1.11 Fao Will Not Pay Any Vat Or Taxes Of Any Kind. 1.12 The Leasing Of The Vehicle Commences On The Delivery Of The Vehicle To Fao. The Lease Will Come To An End On The Scheduled Lease End Date Specified In The Fao Purchase Order. 1.13 The Vehicle Shall Always Be Provided With Descent Upholstery, Clean Seat Covers, Comfortable Seat Cushions, Hand Rests And Other Basic Fittings/accessories/equipment For Maximum Comfort Of Users. All Items Shall Invariably Be In Good Working Condition. 1.14 The Driver Shall Be Responsible For Providing Vehicle Clean And Tidy At The Beginning Of The Work Hours Of The Every Work-day. 1.15 In Order To Guarantee An Optimal And Flexible Service, The Vehicle Shall Be Provided/fitted With The Following: First Aid Box, Fire Extinguisher.
