Request for proposal: Recruitment of a study office for upgrading and accreditation support, according to iso / iec 17025 version 2017, some identified essential analyzes identified in (irvt, instm , inrap and lacae) The objective of this mission is to strengthen the technical capacities of the personnel of the analysis laboratories in terms of quality management, according to the ISO 17025 standard, and to support them with a view to the accreditation of essential analyses. For the realization of the mission, a national consulting firm in the field of quality will be recruited for a period of 255 working days in order to accomplish the stages mentioned, indicatively, in the activities to be carried out. It will be a question of mobilizing the necessary expertise (at least 4 experts, 1 specialist expert in quality management: leader, and 3 technical experts). The mission will take place over a period of 15 months.
