Tenders are invited for Physical mail tracking solution The appointed contractor must supply, install and configure a Physical Mail Tracking Solution including support and maintenance for a period of 12 months, with the following parameters: 6.1.1 700 recipients will need to use the system for confirming receipt of delivered mail items; 6.1.2 5 admin users in the SAF department will need to use the system for capturing and tracking delivery of mail items. 6.1.3 Physical mail items will be received and delivered at main FSCA Head Office (one location). 6.1.4 1 physical scanning device to scan parcel details which will also be used by recipients to capture proof of receipt. 6.2 The solution must provide for the following functional requirements: 6.2.1 Provide the functionality to electronically log received and/or collected physical mail items, including: 6.2.1.1 Items delivered to the FSCA offices; and 6.2.1.2 Items collected from the post office. 6.2.2 Provide functionality to capture proof-of-receipt signatures when receiving documents, for accountability; 6.2.3 Provide functionality to track the location and status of mail items; 6.2.4 Provide functionality to send escalation reminders for all mail items received, but not yet distributed with a configurable amount of days; 6.2.5 Provide functionality to capture free-text comments on each of the captured mail items;
