Request for Proposal for Consultant services demand creation framework for the dapivirine ring within the promise-dc framework. Contractor Will Support Fhi 360’s Efforts to Develop a Standard Framework Applied by Implementers to Guide the Design, Management, and Evaluation of Demand Creation and Social and Behavior Change (Sbc) Activities for the Dvr. Specifically, the Contractor Will: Work With the Social and Behavior Change (Sbc) and Behavioral, Epidemiological & Clinical Sciences (Becs) Technical Teams to Define a Vision and Parameters for the Standard Framework. Review and Validate This Vision and Parameters With Promise Country Partners to Ensure Its Alignment With Felt Needs. Consultant Solicitation August 2020 Outline a Standard Demand Creation Framework. Using the Vision and Parameters as Guidance, Consult Existing Models, Resources, and Tools, Including Those Used by Peer Organizations, to Outline a Standard Demand Creation Framework. To the Extent Possible, This Framework Will Draw From Existing Models Used by the Sbc and Becs Technical Teams as Well as Promise Country Partners. This Step Will Result in an Outline of a Standard Demand Creation Framework, Which Will Be Reviewed and Validated Internally. Build Out the Standard Framework With Guides, Tools, and Resources. Once the Standard Demand Creation Framework Has Been Outlined and Validated, Complete an Inventory of Existing Guides, Tools, and Other Resources to Identify Those That Can Be Integrated Into the Framework to Make It Operationalizable by Dvr Implementers.
