The Solicitation Is 100% Set Aside For Small Business With Competition Limited To Firms Located Within The Geographical Area With A Bona Fide Place Of Business In The State Of Maryland. The Solicitation Document And Incorporated Provisions And Clauses Are Those In effect Through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. The North American Industrial Classification System (naics) Code Applicable To This Project Is 237310, Highway, Street, And Bridge Construction. the Existing Lines At Paaf Have Degraded To A Point Where They Are No Longer Effective Or Safe. The Goal Of This Project Is To Remove And Repaint Faded/completely Degraded Lines At Paaf So That The Runway And Ramps Are Correctly Labeled/lined For Safety And Ease Of Use. They Will Be Repainted In Accordance With An Existing And Previously Accepted Striping Plan.
