Roadways. cvvfa Is The Only Contractor/team Positioned With A Database Of Information That Fhwas Requires To Understand The Problem Of Tim Responder Struck-by Line Of Duty Deaths. no Other Source Can Satisfy This Requirement And Provide This National Data Tracking For All Tim Responder Discipline Fatalities And Injuries, Therefore Cvvfa Is The Only Source With An Existing Database And Mapping Capability. the Intent Of This Notice Is Not To Request Competitive Quotations, And Any Information Received From Interested Parties Will Only Be Considered Solely For The Purpose Of Determining Whether A Competitive Procurement Should Be Conducted. however, Interested Parties May Submit A Description Of Their Firm's Capabilities For Satisfying This Requirement, Which Demonstrates They Possess The Ability To Successfully Perform This Effort. the Responses Must Be Received By June 3, 2024 At 1:00 Pm Et.
