Title: Eu4u Technical Assistance And Advisory Services Programme Management Support (pms) description: The Proposed Technical Assistance Will Support The Deployment Of The Eur 100m Envelope Allocated To The Programme Which Is Part Of The Eu For Ukraine Initiative (eu4u) Approved By The Eib Governing Bodies In March 2023. The Scope Of The Technical Assistance Includes All The Necessary Support For Planning, Preparation Of Assignments, Monitoring, Capacity Building, Compliance And Reporting On The Activities Undertaken As Part Of The Eu4u Advisory Programme. By Supporting The Deployment Of The Programme, The Pms Assignment Will Contribute To Enabling Investments For The Recovery And Reconstruction Of Ukraine, As Well As The Economic Resilience Of Both Ukraine And Moldova, In Line With The Bank’s Eu4u Initiative. It Will Also Support Their Path To Eu Accession, Including By Enhancing Project Implementation Capacity At Various Levels.
