Contract notice: Ps — eni — legal advisor to gaza central desalination plant (gcdp) programme The objective of the legal advisory (LA) services contract is to have enforceable contract documents for the Gaza Central Desalination Plant that comply with Palestinian law and the applicable international legislation (for instance US sanctions, etc.). The legal advisor will review and analyse all existing contract documents and proposed agreements with the perspective to ensure their compliance with Palestinian law and, if deemed necessary, other applicable legislation. The legal advisers will be expected to travel to Palestine, Israel and abroad to attend meetings and other activities.
