The Council Currently Deliver Bikeability In-house; An Active Travel England Funded National Cycle Training Programme For School Children In England. Bikeability Cycle Training Is A Practical Training Programme Which Provides School Children With A Life Skill And Enables Them To Cycle Confidently And Competently. The Council Are Seeking An Expert Supplier To Take On Delivery And The Provision Of Bikeability Cycle Training From 1 April 2025, With Implementation For Service Readiness Commencing In January 2025. This Is A Light Touch Regime Contract Being Tendered In Accordance With Regulations 74 To 77 Of The Public Contract Regulations 2015 As Amended. A Procurement Process Following The Open Procedure Is Being Utilised, Further Details Of Which Can Be Found The Procurement Documents. 15 Month Initial Term With Two 12 Month Optional Extensions Available.
