The Objective Is To Identify A Single Supplier Of External Auditing Services Which Best Meets The Requirements And Which Offers Excellent Value For Money. The External Auditing Services Required Will Include (but Are Not Limited To): • Planning, Management And Execution Of An Annual External Audit Of Espo • Reporting On The External Audit Processes Used To Espo’s Management And Audit And Finance Committee. • Provision Of Advice To The Committee On Technical Accounting And Financial Matters • Liaison And Coordination With The Internal Auditors • Provision Of An Assessment Of Financial Statements The Duration Of The Contract Is Expected To Be For 3 Years (36 Months), With The Option To Extend For Up To A Further 1 Year (12 Months).
