Supply, Installation, Calibration, And Maintenance Of Sensors To Be Used For One (1) Year Subscription Period. B. Management And Analysis Of Real-time Data Collected By Senosor In Compliance With The Data Handling Requirements Under Mc 2021-07 "adoption Of Manual For Data Handling Protocols For Criteria Air Pollutants" C. Creation Of Database To Store Information Relating To Air Quality Monitoring Sensors. D. Development Of A User-friendly System Interface Accessible To Stakeholders, Displaying Air Quality Data. E. Monthly Calibration And Maintenance Of The Sensor To Ensure Reliable And Accurate Data Collection. Report Providing The Details Of The Installation Of The Sensor At The Location Provided By Emb And Following The Specifications Provided By Emb - One (1) Week From The Date Of Installation Of The Sensor. F. Documentation Of The Whole Project. G. Training For Emd - Ambient Monitoring Personnel Acceptance Criteria Of Data 1. Data Capture: 90% Data Capture Of Air Quality Data For Pm 10, Pm 2.5 And Meteorological (at Least 27 Days Per Month And 22 Hours Per Day). Shall Not Include Irregular Data Such As Negative Data, Among Others. 2. Data Accuracy: Analyzer Should Be Calibrated With The Procedures Prescribe On The Operations Manual Of Sensor-based Air Quality Monitor. Implementation Period: The Assignment Should Be Completed With One (1) Year, Commencing From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp) By The Winner Bidder. The Service Provider Shall Submit An Inception Report Within Two (2) Weeks From The Date Of Receipt Of Ntp. The One (1) Year Processed Data For Pm 10, And Pm 2.5 As Described Above Shall Be Submitted At The End Of The One (1) Year From The Date Of Receipt Of The Ntp. Deliverables Timeline Initial Report Providing The Service Provider's Understanding Of The Tasks And The Methodology To Be Employed To Complete The Task - Two (2) Weeks From The Date Of Receipt Of The Ntp. Monthly Submission Of Of Air Quality And Meteorological Data With Atleast 90% Data Capture An Has Undergone Quality Assurance And Quality Control (qa/qc) - Five (5) Days After Every Month. Report Providing The Details Of The Installation Of The Sensor At The Location Provided By Emb And Following The Specifications Provided By Emb - One (1) Week From The Date Of Installation Of The Sensor.one (1) Year Processed Data For Pm 10, Pm 2.5 And Meteorological Data, Provided The Processed Data Submitted Should Have Atleast 90% Data Capture Rate - One (1) Year From The Date Of Receipt Of The Ntp. Calibration And Precision Report For Each Sensor-based Air Quality Monitor One (1) Day After The Conduct Of The Calibration. Monthly Report Of The Status Of The Sensor-based Air Qulity Monitor, Including The Status Of Its Connection With The Air Quality Monitoring Network, Etc. - Every End Of The Month From Ntp.
