The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 80% (for Past Performance) - 3 years (for Past Performance and Experience Criteria) Additionally, other eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. The OEM should not be Blacklisted even once by any Central/State/PSU or any Government organization in the last 5 years. 2. The OEM must have 24x7 TAC Support in India. 3. The OEM must have RMA facility in India either direct or through its authorized distributor. 4. OEM Must be ISO 9001 Certified (For Manufacturing). 5. OEM Must be ISO 27001 Certified (Information Security Management). 6. All Proposed OEMs should Have Minimum global revenue of USD 3000 Million in the last three Years. 7. OEM has to adhere to Non-malicious Code Confirmation. 8. OEM should adhere to Compliance of Restrictions for Countries which share land border with India – as stipulated by Govt. of India. 9. OEM Should have R&D center in India. Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: - FCC - CE - RCM - VCCI - BSMI - UL - CB - ISO 9001 Certification (For Manufacturing) - ISO 27001 Certification (Information Security Management) - IPv6 ready and certified for USGv6/IPv6 certified - Certified UL/cUL, CB, FCC, ICES, CE, RCM, VCCI, BSMI
