The required prior work experience for the bidder includes executing similar works with specific cost requirements. The bidder should have experience of executing similar works, with the following requirements: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the Budgeted cost, - OR - Two similar works each costing not less than 60% of the Budgeted cost, - OR - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the Budgeted cost. The values of completed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple enhancement rate of 7% per annum calculated from the date of completion to the last date of receipt of the application for the bid document. The bidder is required to provide "Copies of certificates in respect of execution / completion of similar works to establish eligibility" and the evaluation will consider the "average value of performance of works". The bidder must also submit information on their prior work experience, including a list of project management consultancy assignments completed in the last 5 years, with details such as the name of the work/project, short description of the consultancy assignment, name and address of the owner/client, cost of the work/project, and dates of start and completion of the work/project. Additionally, the bidder must submit their turnover for the last 5 years, with fees earned from rendering project management services only, and copies of audited balance sheets and profit & loss accounts for the last 5 financial years. The bidder must also submit completion certificates from the client, award letters, and other relevant documentary evidence to substantiate their credentials as a project management consultant.
