The Employees’ Compensation Commission Through Its Respective Corporate Operating Sbudget For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Following Sums Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Consultancy Services For The Complete And Detailed Structural As-built Plans Of Ecc Building From Foundation And Footing To 4th Floor Along With Structural Analysis Inclusive Of Non-destructive And Destructive Testing Of The Entire Ecc Building: Procurement Project Approved Budget For The Contract Procurement Of Consultancy Services For The Complete And Detailed Structural As-built Plans Of Ecc Building From Foundation And Footing To 4th Floor Along With Structural Analysis Inclusive Of Non-destructive And Destructive Testing Of The Entire Ecc Building Php 4,900,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. 2.
