The Place De Portage Iii Facility Was Built In The 1970’s And Will Be Rehabilitated Into A Modern Complex To Update And Modernize The Base Building Services. It Consists Of Nine (9) Towers Varying From 3 To 18 Floors, Which Includes A Connecting 3-storey Bridge Over Maisonneuve Boulevard.  The Anticipated Scope Of Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To, The Following:  Supply And Installation Of Labour, Material And Equipment Necessary To Provide New Doors, Frames And Hardware Categorized But Not Limited To Typical Interior Doors With Vision Glass, Metal Mesh Doors, Doors With Transfer Grille, Aluminum Doors In Curtain Walls Or Glass Partitions. Garage Doors, Roll Up Doors And Extra Heavy Duty Industrial Rated Impact Traffic Doors. Door Frames Are Categorized But Not Limited To Metal And Steel Frames. This Work Also Includes But Not Limited To Various Hardware Details Such As Push Plates, Pull Bars, Kickplate, Exit Device, Manual Door Opener, And Locking Slide For Overhead Doors.
