The bidder is required to have prior work experience in designing, engineering, supplying, erecting, supervising erection, and commissioning/supervising commissioning of solar photovoltaic (SPV) based grid power plants with a cumulative installed capacity of 2 MW during the last five financial years in India. At least one solar photovoltaic plant should have been of 300 kW or higher capacity. Alternatively, the bidder should have executed an industrial project either as a developer or as an EPC contractor in the area of power, steel, foil, and gas, petrochemical, fertilizer, cement, coal mining (including coal handling plants), and/or any other process industry of a value of INR 10 Cr (Indian Rupees Ten Crore) or more in a single project or single work. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to furnish a certificate of successful completion and operation from the owner. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in the execution of projects involving the supply, installation, and maintenance of grid-connected off-grid Solar Photovoltaic Systems with an aggregate capacity of 2 MW during the last five financial years. They should also have a reference plant of 300 kW or higher capacity that has been in successful operation for at least six months prior to the last date of submission of the application for enlistment. The bidder is required to have an average annual financial turnover of at least Rs. 1085 Cr in solar project works or similar works during the immediate last three consecutive financial years.
