Tenders are invited for The acquisition of office furniture on behalf of the territorial departments of the eastern regions , from the littoral and the south of elections cameroon in three (03) lots Estimated cost The total estimated cost of the operation at the end of the preliminary studies is sixty-five million (65,000,000) CFA Francs, broken down as follows. Lot 1: Regional Delegation of the East: - provisional envelope: 17,400,000 F CFA Lot 2: Regional Delegation of the Littoral: - provisional envelope: 25,850,000 F CFA Lot 3: Regional Delegation of the South: - provisional envelope: 21,750 000 F CFA The services covered by this Call for Tender are in three (03) lots. A tenderer can be awarded only one lot. Lot 1: Regional Delegation of the East: - estimated envelope: 17,400,000 CFA francs - 35 office tables in solid wood; - 65 visitor chairs; - 35 office chairs in solid wood with wooden armrests dressed in black imitation leather. Lot 2: Littoral Regional Delegation: - estimated envelope: 25,850,000 F CFA - 55 solid wood office tables - 80 visitor chairs; - 55 solid wood office chairs with wooden armrests dressed in black imitation leather Lot 3: Southern Regional Delegation: - estimated envelope: 21,750,000 CFA francs - 45 solid wood office tables; - 75 visitor chairs; - 45 solid wood office chairs with wooden armrests dressed in black imitation leather.
