Contract notice: Acquisition of a speech recognition service The acquisition of speech recognition includes both the acquisition of the recognition service itself and development work that implements the functions described in the description of the target state. The areas for development have therefore been described at a more general level in order to make the most of the already completed features of the selected supplier's product. The main function of speech recognition is to facilitate the preparation of plenary minutes. The intention is to be able to create a Raw Text from the session vote, which would then be further modified into the final minutes of the session. Speech recognition is thought to partially replace the step described in the description of the current state, in which the Raw Text is manually written on the basis of the recording for further processing.
