A) Seminar on "personality and leadership behavior" The aim of the seminar on "personality and leadership behavior" is for participants to further strengthen their self-competence (credibility, openness to change, self-management, holistic thinking, delegation, optimism, decision-making ability, goal-oriented leadership, consistency) and their social competence (communication skills, conflict resolution skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork skills, cooperation skills, integration skills). The following services are to be provided: - Creation of a detailed training concept/training material - Conducting 26 seminars [consisting of 2 blocks of 2 days each for around 16 participants each] and 3 seminars (as part of the platoon leader course/fire inspector course B-iv at the Kassel location; the trainer approach must be taken into account here. The planned number of participants here is 26, but can vary slightly upwards or downwards) per year over a total period of 3 years plus a three-month pilot phase to create/finalize the seminar materials (39 months in total). The staffing approach to conducting the training is to be planned with one trainer per training day. - Events both in face-to-face form on site and in an online presence format, as required - Provision of seminar-related materials to participants in digital form in advance - Evaluation of the training and sending of results to Hlfs The contractor must be able to guarantee that two events can be held in parallel and that any absences due to illness can be compensated accordingly. B) Seminar "Young Leadership Skills" The aim of this seminar is to teach participants the basics of leadership, to strengthen their presentation skills and communication skills, and to further develop their ability to work in a team. This seminar prepares firefighters without leadership experience for the upcoming tasks in a leadership position. The following services are to be provided: - Creation of a detailed training concept/training material - Conducting 26 seminars [3 days each for around 16 participants each] per year over a total period of 3 years plus a three-month pilot phase to create/finalize the seminar materials (39 months in total).
