The Eastern Samar State University, Through The Fy 2023-internally Generated Fund- Free Higher Education Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Million Pesos (php8,000,000.00) Construction And Installation Of Elevator For Administration Building At Essu Main Campus-reposting Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Lot One (1) With Identification Number Infra-2024-02.
