The bidder is required to have prior work experience in construction of Eligible Projects, with a minimum experience score. The experience can be in categories such as Water Resource Sector projects, core sector projects, and construction experience on Eligible Projects in Water Resources Sector or core sector. The bidder should have completed or commissioned at least one similar work of 20% of the Estimated Project Cost from Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3. The project shall be considered completed if more than 80% of the value of work has been completed, and such completed value of work is equal to or more than 20% of the estimated project cost. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum experience score of more than Rs. 3865.11 crore over the past 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. At least one-fourth of this Threshold Technical Capability should be from Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3. The bidder should furnish details of eligible experience for the last 7 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. The present value of work should be updated to the current value. The required prior work experience includes a minimum of 20% of the Estimated Project Cost from Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3, with more than 80% of the value of work completed. The minimum experience score is more than Rs. 3865.11 crore, with at least one-fourth from Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3.
