The required prior work experience for the bidder is categorized into four categories: 1. Project experience on Eligible Projects in Water Resources Sector 2. Project experience on Eligible Projects in core sector 3. Construction experience on Eligible Projects in Water Resources Sector 4. Construction experience on Eligible Projects in core sector For Categories 1 and 2, the bidder should have experience on projects with an estimated capital cost exceeding the amount specified in Clause 3.4.3(c). For Categories 3 and 4, the bidder should have experience on projects where the payments made/received exceed the amount specified in Clause 3.4.4. The value of the prior work experience is calculated based on the Experience Score, which is computed by dividing the amount in the Experience column by one crore and then multiplying the result by the applicable factor set out in Table 3.4.6. The bidder should have minimum experience score as per clause 3.4.6, with the sum total of paid for, or received payments for, construction of Eligible Project(s); and/or paid for development of Eligible Project(s) in Category 1 and/or Category 2; and/or collected and appropriated revenues from Eligible Project(s) in Category 1 and/or Category 2, being more than Rs. 3865.11 crore. For Water Resource Sector projects, the bidder should have completed/commissioned at least one similar work of 20% of Estimated Project Cost from Eligible Projects in Category 1 and / or Category 3, in the last 7 (Seven) financial years preceding the Bid Due date. The project shall be considered to be completed, if more than 80% of the value of work has been completed and such completed value of work is equal to or more than 20% of the estimated project cost. The percentage of similar works completed is not explicitly mentioned, but the bidder is required to provide details of only those projects that have been undertaken by the Bidder under its own name and/or by an Associate specified in Clause 2.1.18 and/or by a project company eligible under Clause 3.4.3(b).
