The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 7 years: - Three Similar Works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two Similar Works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One Similar Work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The bidder must have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of 1.5 V/N or "V" whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work. The bidder needs to provide details of similar works, including the value of the work, but no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The value of the contract and the final value are to be provided. The required prior work experience also includes experience in providing any welding services similar to coach/wagon body repairs or fabrication and installation works involving welding on Rolling Stock in Workshops, Production Units, Diesel/electric Sheds. Work experience certificates from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years are considered.
