The required prior work experience for the bidder involves successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work during the last 07 years. These categories include: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Similar work is defined as any work of Plumbing or Interior Paneling/Furnishing/Refurbishing or Modification of Interior/Toilets in Railway Coaches. The tenderer should submit documents testifying to their previous experience and financial status, including certificates and testimonials regarding contracting experience for the type of job for which the tender is invited. Examples of similar works and their values include replacement of pipelaying for waste water with a price of 3493980 and replacement of drain arrangement with a price of 95580.
