Eastern Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain categories of work(s) during the last 7 years. The categories include: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The work experience certificate should be from a government organization or a public listed company with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. The bidder should have completed similar nature of work, i.e., any civil engineering work. Additionally, the tenderer must have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments'' in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet.
