The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in contracting work for the type of job for which the tender is invited, specifically works such as bridge painting, metallization of steel structures, painting of steel work, fabrication, and erection of steel girders. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed any similar nature of work. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The amount mentioned for the tender is Rs 54133750.00 for Schedule A and Rs 30665.50 for Schedule B. The bidder should submit certificates and testimonials regarding contracting experience, along with a list of works carried out in the past, and an audited Balance Sheet duly certified by the Chartered Accountant regarding contractual payments received in the past. Work experience certificates issued by any Government Organisation or by a Public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years, listed on National Stock Exchange or Bombay Stock Exchange, incorporated/registered at least 5 years prior to the date of closing of tender, shall also be considered.
