The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain similar works within the last 07 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of tenders for composite works, the bidder must have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The bidder is also required to have a work experience certificate from a government organization or a public listed company with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. Additionally, the tenderer must have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated based on the total contractual payments in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. The average annual contractual turnover should be V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work. The bidder is required to have experience in Civil Engineering Work, specifically similar nature of work. The details of the works completed by the tenderer during the last Seven years are to be filled in Annexure-I. For subletting of work, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
