The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works during the last 07 years. The specific requirements are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For works amounting above Rs. 50 lakhs, these criteria apply. Additionally, work experience certificates from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs. 500.0 Crores and above in the last 3 financial years are considered. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes similar nature of work, which is "Any Civil Engineering Work, comprising of Construction of any type of Bridge/ Bridge Jacketing work". For substantially completed work, payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value (excluding the payment made for adjustment of Price variation) has been made to the contractor. In case of completed work, the value of final bill (gross amount) including the PVC amount (if paid) shall be considered as the completion cost of work. If a bidder has successfully completed a work as subcontractor and the work experience certificate has been issued for such work to the subcontractor by a Govt. Organization or public listed company, the same shall be considered for the purpose of fulfillment of credentials. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 90% of the present contract value for substantially completed work - 07 (seven) years for consideration of completed work - The value of final bill (gross amount) including the PVC amount (if paid) for completed work.
