Eastern Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain similar works within the last 07 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the bidder must have completed similar works for each component of the tender, with the same percentages and values as mentioned above. For subletting of work, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, except for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh where no previous work experience is required.
