East Lothian Council, On Behalf Of East Lothian Health And Social Care Partnership, Has A Requirement For A Suitably Experienced And Qualified Provider To Provide A Mental Health Recovery Service In East Lothian For Adults With Complex Mental Health Needs Whose Symptoms Are Causing Disruption To Functional Skills. The Service Is Based On Grade 4 Of The Wayfinder Model Providing Graded Support In Accommodation (in A Building Provided By East Lothian Council) On A 24 Hour Basis 7 Days A Week, 365 Days A Year. The Duration Of The Service Provision For Individual Supported Persons Is Dependent On Individual Needs And Achievement Of Personal Outcomes. The Service Must Be Seen As A Stepping Stone To A Longer Term Homely Environment Proportionate To Need. The Principles For Service Delivery Are: -enabling Human Rights, Capabilities And Independence -preventative And Anticipatory -based On Building Relationships, Both With Individuals And Within Their Community -delivered Collaboratively -flexibility Of Service Provision, Responsive To How People Feel On The Day -outcome Focussed And Personalised -involvement Of People In Service Development -promoting The Principles Of Self-directed Support Which Are Collaboration, Dignity, Informed Choice, Involvement, Participation Cpv: 85300000, 85300000, 85000000.
