East Coast Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The bidder should provide the completed/paid value of the similar nature of work. Additionally, for subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, except for subletting of work costing up to Rs.50 lakh where no previous work experience is required. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 30% of advertised value of the tender, - 40% of advertised value of the tender, - 60% of advertised value of the tender, - 35% value of the work to be subletted, - Rs.50 lakh for subletting of work where no previous work experience is required, - Rs.500 crore as the average annual turnover for public listed companies.
