Available Bid Capacity = [A x N x 2] – 0.33 x N x B Where A = Maximum value of construction works executed and payment received in any one financial year during the current and last three financial years immediately preceding the current financial year, up to the date of opening of tender. N = Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. B = Value of existing commitments and balance amount of ongoing works with the tenderer. The tenderer's bid will not be considered if the available bid capacity is lesser than the estimated cost of work put to tender. Additionally, the average annual contractual turnover is calculated as: Average Annual Contractual Turnover = (Total Contractual Payments in previous 3 years) / 3 However, for tenders valuing more than Rs. 20 Cr, the tenderer(s) are required to upload the information as per Annexure-G of Chapter-7, Annexed Document duly signed by the tenderer(s) and verified by Chartered Accountant. Also, the minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees, N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.
