The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: 1. Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, 2. Two similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, 3. One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The similar nature of work is "Execution of 25KV OHE". For substantially completed work, payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made. In case a bidder has successfully completed a work as a subcontractor, and the work experience certificate has been issued for such work to the subcontractor by a Govt. Organization or public listed company, the same shall be considered for the purpose of fulfillment of credentials. For subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of subcontractor is required. The overall cost, including the PVC amount (if paid), of the completed or substantially completed work is considered for the purpose of fulfillment of technical credentials. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, other than the 90% payment for substantially completed work. The amount of the work done in the previous entity is considered for the calculation of the credentials of the partner in a newly formed partnership firm. In case of newly formed partnership firms, the credentials of individual partners from previous proprietary firms or dissolved previous partnership firms are considered to the extent of their share in the previous entity on the date of dissolution/split and their share in the newly formed partnership firm.
