East Coast Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For substantially completed work, payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. Additionally, for subcontractors, at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be subletted, in the last 5 years is required, but this is not applicable for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh.
