The required prior work experience for the bidder involves successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work during the last 07 years. These categories include: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as: - 30% of the advertised value for three similar works, - 40% of the advertised value for two similar works, - 60% of the advertised value for one similar work. Additionally, for subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, unless the subletting work costs up to Rs 50 lakh, in which case no previous work experience is required.
