East Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing specific categories of work within the last 7 years. These categories are: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For subletting of work, the subcontractor must have completed at least one similar work costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted in the last 5 years, unless the subletting work costs up to Rs 50 lakh, in which case no prior experience is required. The bidder must provide a list of completed works, including description, organization, approximate value at award, dates of award and completion, and final value at bill finalization. Work experience certificates are accepted from government organizations and public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. Similar work is defined as any Civil Engineering Works. The tenderer must also have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of total contractual payments in the previous 3 financial years. No minimum eligibility criteria are specified for tender values up to Rs 50 Lakhs, but tenderers are advised to upload documents to demonstrate their financial capacity, capability, and past performance.
