The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works in the specified field during the last 07 years. The bidder must have completed one of the following: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The similar works should be in the field of "Manufacturing, supply, Erection, Testing and commissioning of Roof mounted Package units (RMPUs)/ Cab AC along with its control panel for AC coaches/Electric Loco/Diesel Loco/EMU/MEMU/Metro coaches" or "Annual maintenance contract/Comprehensive Maintenance Contract/ Overhauling/ Repairing/ Servicing/Rehabilitation of RMPUs/ Cab AC along with its control panels". The value of similar works is dependent on the advertised value of the tender, with specific percentages of 30%, 40%, and 60% mentioned. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, with the value being 'V/N' or 'V' whichever is less, where V = Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N = Number of years prescribed for completion of work.
