The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. Bidders are required to submit a list of completed works for the fulfillment of eligibility criteria for similar nature of work, including descriptions of the work, the organization for whom the work was executed, the approximate value of the contract at the time of award, dates of award and scheduled completion, actual start and completion dates, and the final value of the contract at the time of bill finalization. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender - 35% of the value of the work to be subletted - Rs 50 lakh.
