East Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. The similar nature of work includes: - Erection, testing, and commissioning of 132KV and above voltage transmission line, - Repairing/Reconductoring/Modification of 132KV and above voltage transmission line. For composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. Additionally, for works costing more than 20 cr, the tenderers who meet the minimum eligibility criteria will be qualified only if their available bid capacity is equal to or more than the total value of the present tender. The bid capacity is calculated based on a formula. The required prior work experience also includes having a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. The tenderers shall submit requisite information along with copies of audited balance sheets duly certified by a Chartered Accountant. The tenderer must have a turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years, excluding the current financial year. The bidder should have experience in Reparing/Reconductoring/Modification of 132KV and above voltage transmission line, and also in Erection, testing, and commissioning of 132KV and above voltage transmission line. The percentages of similar works completed are 30%, 40%, and 60% of the advertised value of the tender, and the amounts are not less than these percentages of the advertised value.
