East Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work during the last 07 years. These categories include: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, or (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The definition of similar work includes erection of LT or above voltage level distribution panels, erection and commissioning of LT or above voltage level line, electrification/rewiring service building, bungaloa and quarters, supply and erection of lower light, and lighting of station/administrative building/circulating area. The work experience certificate can be issued by a Government Organization or a public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. The tenderer shall also submit along with the work experience certificate, the relevant copy of the work order, bill of quantities, bill-wise details of payment received duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, TDS certificates for all payments received, and a copy of the final/last bill paid by the company in support of the work experience certificate. The specific percentages of similar works completed are 30%, 40%, and 60% of the advertised value of the tender, and the values are not less than these percentages. The amount of average annual turnover for the public listed company is Rs 500 crore and above.
