In November 2023, Durham County Council (dcc) Were Notified That Its Bid For Funding From The Single Homeless Accommodation Programme (shap) Had Been Successful. The Shap Programme Will Deliver 32 New Units Of Accommodation In The County Along With The Provision Of Wrap Around Support To Help Former Rough Sleepers And Those At Risk Of Rough Sleeping.
